Napper Tandy founded One House in 2015 and served as the CEO. One House focuses on empowering creative individuals to become entrepreneurs in industries that typically view them as products. They offer services such as booking tours, launching businesses, creating content, releasing records, and providing tools for artists and creators. In 2021, Napper Tandy joined Creator Ventures as a Senior Advisor.
Napper Tandy attended the University of Cambridge from 2011 to 2014, where they obtained a Master of Arts degree in English Language and Literature.

We book tours, launch businesses, create content, release records and build tools that empower artists and creators as entrepreneurs. Then we connect them with brands for authentic campaigns and content. Our commercial model is the best in the industry, allowing artists to retain more ownership than anywhere else. Our roster earns over 300% more than other management, label and publishing deals.
