László Kocsis is currently the Channel Management Team Leader at One Hungary and has been serving as a Customer Lifecycle Manager at Vodafone Hungary since December 2018. Prior to this role, László spent nearly four years leading the Reactive Retention team, focusing on churn prevention and customer retention. With a strong background in customer service and people management, László effectively addresses the churn and retention needs of small mobile and fixed customers in the Agile customer base management team. László holds a Master of Science (MSc) in Geography from the University of Miskolc, earned in 2012.
