John Ahern

John Ahern currently serves as the Director of Customer Success at One Identity since November 2025. Prior experience includes roles at BMC Software as Principal Solution Marketing Manager, where responsibilities involved leading go-to-market strategies for AI-driven IT operations solutions, and at SolarWinds as Manager and Product Marketing Manager, focusing on product portfolio management and successful launches of multiple SaaS products. John also contributed as a Board Advisor at InverCloud and held various product management roles in companies such as Vodafone Ireland and imagine. Academic qualifications include a B.Sc(Hons) in Business & Information Technology from Trinity College Dublin, a PGDip in Management of Information Systems from Trinity College, and certification in Pragmatic Marketing from The University of Texas at Austin.
