Larry Chinski

Larry Chinski has extensive experience in the field of identity and access management (IAM). Larry is currently working as the Vice President of Global IAM Strategy at One Identity, where they lead the development and implementation of IAM solutions that align with organizational goals and industry best practices. Prior to this role, they served as the Director of Identity Management at Edgile from 2016 to 2018.

From 2011 to 2016, Larry worked at NetIQ as the Sales Engineer Director for Eastern North America, where they were responsible for driving the Identity and Access Governance business and managing a team of specialists.

Larry has also had a long tenure at Novell, starting in 1999, where they held various roles. Larry served as an Identity and Security SE Principal from 2003 to 2011, strategically positioning and managing solutions opportunities within global and vertical accounts. Larry also served as a Senior Consultant and Branch Manager, leading the Midwest Consulting Branch and working alongside Novell Legal to prepare and deliver customer and partner proposals.

Before Novell, Larry worked as a Senior Network Analyst at Platinum Technology from 1996 to 1999, where they managed the IT department and acted as a liaison between software and hardware vendors.

Larry Chinski has a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from DePaul University and an Associate of Science (A.S.) in Computer Information Systems from Kankakee Community College.
