Ryan M. Lemmon

Ryan M. Lemmon currently serves as Vice President of Strategic Alliances at One Inc since December 2025. Previously, Ryan held the position of Senior Director of Direct & Specialized Sales at Onbe, where responsibilities included leading a team focused on net-new sales and strategic partnerships within the Fintech and Banking sectors. Ryan has extensive experience in sales and strategic partnerships, notably as Vice President at BillGO, where efforts were concentrated on driving revenue growth and enhancing relationships with clients. Prior roles include Managing Director at FIS, where Ryan was involved with large financial institutions, and various positions at Comdata, focusing on channel growth and client retention strategies. Ryan co-founded Jettison Inc. to improve operational efficiency in organizations and began a career at Enterprise Rent-A-Car, eventually managing multiple locations. Ryan holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale.
