Cathryn West

Cathryn West is a skilled software engineer with extensive experience in developing solutions tailored to client needs. Currently employed at One North, a TEKsystems company, since January 2021, Cathryn utilizes AGILE methodologies and coding best practices, specializing in Angular, Vue, and React for web application development. Previous roles include engineering at Slalom Build, where focus was on creating custom components and enhancing applications, and an associate software engineer position at Jack Henry & Associates, concentrating on front-end development for desktop banking applications. Cathryn started a career in software during an internship at American National Property And Casualty Company, debugging software and troubleshooting issues, and has diverse experience in media production from working as a news producer and production assistant. Cathryn holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science from Missouri State University, complemented by a degree in Mass Media: Film Theory from the same institution.
