Michael O'Laughlin

Michael O'Laughlin started their work experience in 1997 as a Programmer at Internet Marketing Group. Michael then worked as an IT Specialist at Corporate Resource Systems from 1999 to 2000, followed by a role as a Senior Programmer at Nexiv from 2000 to 2001. Michael then returned to Corporate Resource Systems as an IT Specialist from 2001 to 2006. From 2006 to 2012, they worked as a Solutions Architect at Hubbard One. Currently, they are the Head of QA and Managed Applications at One North Interactive, a position they have held since September 2016.

Michael O'Laughlin has a strong educational background in information systems. Michael earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Information Systems from DeVry University, attending from 1994 to 1997. Later, they pursued a Master's degree in Information Systems from DePaul University, completing their studies from 2004 to 2007.

In addition to their formal education, Michael O'Laughlin has also obtained several certifications related to Sitecore. In September 2012, they became a Sitecore Certified Marketer, a Sitecore Certified Technology Specialist, and obtained the Sitecore Email Campaign Manager Fundamentals Certified Marketer certification. These certifications demonstrate their proficiency in Sitecore technologies and their expertise in utilizing them for marketing purposes.
