Karoline Lerche is an experienced communications professional with a strong background in partnership development and public relations. Currently serving as the Director of Partnerships & Communication for The ONE Campaign in Germany since January 2013, Karoline also held the positions of Deputy Director Germany for Communication & Campaigns and contributed to press and public relations efforts. Prior to this role, Karoline provided PR and media consultancy services and served as Head of Communication for ONE. Additional experience includes working as a Press Officer for the Bundesvereinigung Deutscher Arbeitgeberverbände (BDA) from 2007 to 2010. Academic qualifications include a Master of Arts in Political Science and Government from the University of Cologne, as well as studies at Trinity College Dublin.
