Scott Cullinane is a seasoned professional in government relations and international affairs, currently serving as the Director of US Government Relations at The ONE Campaign since April 2025. Cullinane is also a Board Trustee at Eurasia Foundation, contributing to nonprofit efforts supported by USAID. As a Fellow and Non-Resident Visiting Fellow at the National Security Institute, Cullinane regularly contributes to policy discussions. Previous roles include Director of Government Affairs at Razom, where Cullinane played a key role in securing funding for Ukraine, and Executive Director at the US-Europe Alliance. Cullinane has taught international relations and history courses at various educational institutions, including The School of The New York Times and the American University of Central Asia. Cullinane holds a Master’s degree in National Security Affairs from the Institute of World Politics and a Bachelor of Arts in History from Saint Mary's College of California.
