Martin Chou

Martin Chou, CPA, CA has a diverse work experience in the finance and accounting field. Martin began their career as a Staff Accountant at RLB LLP in 2011. Martin then moved on to Segal LLP, where they worked as a Senior Accountant and later became a Supervisor. In 2014, they joined ONE Properties as an Assistant Controller and steadily climbed the ranks, serving as Controller, Vice President of Accounting, and ultimately as Vice President of Finance and Accounting. Currently, they hold the role of Senior Vice President of Finance and Accounting at ONE Properties.

Martin Chou, CPA, CA pursued their education in accounting from various reputed institutions. Martin completed the CPA In-Depth Tax Course from the Chartered Professional Accountants of Canada (CPA Canada) between 2015 and 2018. Prior to that, Martin obtained a Master of Accounting degree from the University of Waterloo in 2011. Martin also holds a Bachelor of Accounting and Financial Management degree from the same university, which they obtained between 2006 and 2010. Additionally, Martin has obtained the Chartered Accountant (CA) certification from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Ontario (ICAO) in 2013.
