Caleb Smith has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Caleb started their career at IPFW as an Assistant Baseball Coach, where they gained experience in various coaching aspects and was involved in recruiting. Later, Caleb joined Cintas as a Service Sales Representative, responsible for servicing customer accounts and resolving any service issues. Caleb then transitioned to Bankers Life, first as an Insurance Agent and later as a Unit Field Trainer, focusing on life insurance, critical illness policies, and retirement products. After that, Caleb moved to One Resource Group as the Director of Annuity Sales, specializing in annuity products from multiple carriers. Currently, they are working at ORG Partners Advisor Group as a Business Development Specialist, helping to recruit, develop, and service new advisors and assisting clients in achieving their financial goals.
Caleb Smith attended Purdue University Fort Wayne from 2002 to 2008, where they studied Criminal Justice and Corrections. However, no specific degree was mentioned in their education history.

As President, Todd Stewart wanted to create a business model that allowed our clients to use ORG as a one stop shop for all their service requirements for life insurance, long term care, disability, critical illness and annuities. We offer a vast range of insurance services, including case design, case management, advanced markets and experienced underwriting. We strive to partner with our clients to expand their business and continue to lead the industry in knowledge and innovation. Eighteen remarkable years later we are extremely excited about the future of our company and the industry we work in. We look forward to continue to earn the respect of our partners, peers, and agents.
