Matthew Rash

Matthew Rash has extensive work experience in the security industry. Matthew started their career in 2011 as a Campus Supervisor - Security at Oceanside Unified School District. From there, they worked as a Field Investigator at DigiStream Investigations in 2013. In 2014, they joined the Port of San Diego as a Harbor Police Officer and later transitioned to Iron Wall Security Services as an Operations and Qualified Manager.

In 2016, Matthew became the CEO and President of One Shield Security Services, where they served until 2018. Matthew then joined R&R Investment Portfolio, LLC as a Managing Member and Advisor in 2019. In 2021, they co-founded Marauders Protection Group as a Qualified Manager.

Matthew's most recent role, starting in 2022, is as a Qualified Manager - California at Bond. Throughout their career, they have gained extensive knowledge and experience in security operations, management, and leadership.

Matthew Rash obtained their Associate of Arts degree in Administration of Justice from Palomar College from 2009 to 2013. Prior to that, they received their High School Diploma from El Camino High School, completing their studies from 2005 to 2009. Additionally, Matthew has certifications from the Bureau of Security and Investigative Services, including BSIS Principle and Qualified Manager, BSIS Private Patrol Operator, BSIS Training Facility #1623, and Security Guard/Armed Security Guard.
