Randy Weigman

Randy Weigman is currently the Regional OSH Director at One Source Hearing, where they leverage a wealth of experience in account management and sales to foster client relationships. Previously, Randy held various roles, including Strategic Account Manager and Territory Manager at Elite Hearing Network, where they significantly increased sales and territory growth. They also served as the Practice Growth Leader at Sonova Group and the Director of Golf at The Legacy Golf Club, where they managed operations and team development. Randy's early career includes coaching at GolfTEC and directing sales at Wisp Resort's Lodestone Golf Club. They earned a certificate in Marketing, Business, and Communications from the PGA of America.
