Javier Acevedo has extensive experience in the IT and technical services field. javier began their career at MEDNAX in 2008, where they held various roles, including Mergers and Acquisitions Manager and Manager of Technical Services Eastern Division. In 2021, they transitioned to One Source Communications, where they served as Manager of IT & Security Service Delivery before progressing to Manager of IT Implementations, Security Service Delivery & IT Service Desk. Currently, they hold the position of Director of IT, Infrastructure & Network at One Source Communications.

Javier Acevedo pursued education in Business Administration and Management at Empire Tech, Computer and Information Sciences at PC Professor, Conflict Resolution at the University of California, Irvine, Information Technology Project Management on Coursera, Project Management at New Horizons Regional Education Centers, and Business/Managerial Leadership at New Horizons Regional Education Centers. In 2021, they obtained the Project Management Essentials Certified (PMEC) certification from the Management & Strategy Institute.
