Raymond Massenburg

Raymond Massenburg has over a decade of diverse professional experience, currently serving as a Senior Solution Analyst at One Source Communications since September 2019. In this role, Raymond focuses on the cost-effective sourcing and optimization of service provider products for clients. Previously, as a Quality Evaluator at Convergys from May 2014 to September 2019, responsibilities included monitoring inbound calls to uphold quality standards, advising on quality trends, conducting calibrations, and facilitating training for new hires on quality standards. Prior to that, Raymond worked as an Associate Professional at Open Arms Residential & Community Support, providing support to clients with mental and physical disabilities. Raymond's early career included an Office Assistant position at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where tasks ranged from sorting mail to assisting in laboratory settings. Raymond holds a Bachelor's degree in Management & Society from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, completed in 2011, and graduated from Roanoke High School in 2006.
