Ryan Licht has a diverse professional background with experience in both customer service and information technology. Ryan worked as a Food and Beverage Specialist at Healthy Spot Nutrition, focusing on customer satisfaction and maintaining a clean environment. Transitioning into IT, Ryan served as a Cyber Security Analyst Apprentice at ISGCyber, gaining proficiency in penetration testing and vulnerability assessments. As an Information Technology Specialist in the US Army, responsibilities included network management and cybersecurity. Recently, Ryan held a position as an Account Representative Intern at First Federal Bank NC and is currently an IT Services Administrator at One Source, managing procurement and service delivery. Ryan is also furthering education with an Undergraduate Certificate in Applied Cybersecurity from SANS Technology Institute.
