Suzanne Isley

Suzanne Isley, PMP, has extensive experience in project management and network engineering, with a career spanning multiple leading telecommunications companies. Starting as an Administrative Assistant at Electronic Data Systems, Suzanne progressed through various roles at MCI Communications, where responsibilities included real-time network monitoring and team leadership. At Sprint, Suzanne served as an Implementation Project Manager II, successfully managing the implementation lifecycle for enterprise accounts. Most recently, at T-Mobile, Suzanne held the position of Project Manager/Senior Customer Support Manager, overseeing significant enterprise accounts with comprehensive project involvement from pre-sales to billing. Currently, Suzanne is a Project Manager in Service Delivery at One Source. Suzanne holds a BA in International Studies from the American University School of International Service.
