Co-Founder and Director of Program Design at One Stop Wellness

Marlo Dell'Aquila has a diverse work experience. In 2020, they held two positions as Donor Relations Manager at The Phoenix. Prior to that, they were Co-Founder and Director of Program Design at One Stop Wellness, Inc. from 2019, where they were responsible for leading the program design strategy and customizing client experience using evidence-based psychology methods. Marlo also held two roles at Profile by Sanford in 2019, as Business Development Manager and Manager. In 2016, they worked as a Research Assistant at Merrimack College. From 2015 to 2016, they were Corporate Fitness Trainer at DRAEGER MEDICAL, helping to run organized fitness programs in the corporate setting, including teaching group and private sessions. Marlo also held the role of Personal Trainer at Infinity Fitness from 2015, conducting fitness consultations and assessments, and developing individualized programs that ensure client safety and enhancement of personal fitness goals.

Marlo Dell'Aquila obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Kinesiology and Exercise Science from Merrimack College in 2016. Following this, they obtained a Master's Degree in Kinesiology and Exercise Science from Merrimack College in 2017. In 2017, they also began their Master's degree in Psychology at Harvard University, which they completed in 2019. Additionally, Marlo Dell'Aquila has a certification as a personal trainer.
