Sam Loyd is a seasoned technology leader with extensive experience in driving innovation and product development across multiple sectors. As Co-Founder and Fractional CTO at Fractional Dubai since April 2025, Sam focuses on addressing hidden challenges faced by small businesses. In the role of Chief Technology and Product Officer at ONE TRIBE, Sam leads the technological strategy to promote sustainability. Prior to this, Sam founded and served as CEO of Antler Digital, specializing in SaaS and custom marketing websites, and has held several development and leadership positions, including Contract Developer and Web Designer at samloyd.io and Project Lead Developer at A London List. Sam possesses a strong technical skill set in front-end and back-end technologies, dev ops, and web-based product development, complemented by a Bachelor of Arts with Honours in Philosophy from the University of Exeter.
