Nancy Silvey

Nancy Silvey is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business operations and customer service management. Currently serving as a Business Operations Strategist and previously as a Business Operations Manager at One Workplace since June 2015, Nancy oversees complex projects, operational scheduling processes, and financial budgeting while ensuring service standards are met. Prior to this role, Nancy was a Customer Operations Manager at Iron Mountain Fulfillment Services, Inc. from December 2010 to December 2014, where responsibilities included leading cross-functional teams and enhancing client relationships. Nancy holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration with an option in Marketing Management from California State University - East Bay and an Associate of Arts in General Studies from Ohlone College.
