Jon Gill

Head Of Global Support

Jon Gill has extensive work experience in the support and implementation field. Jon started their career at YP Electronics in 1997 as a Support & Implementation Analyst, where they worked until 1999. Jon then joined MAM Software as an Implementation Analyst for a brief period before moving to Mowlem PLC in the same role. At Mowlem PLC, Jon advanced to become a Systems Support Manager, responsible for managing a global Systems Support desk and supporting over 1000 users. In 2006, Jon started working at Advanced as a Service Support Manager and stayed with the company until 2021. During their tenure at Advanced, they assumed various roles, including Director Of Support - Education and Specialist Solutions. In 2023, Jon became the Head of Global Support at Advanced.

Jon Gill obtained a Higher National Diploma (HND) in Business Information Technology from the University of Central Lancashire, where they studied from 1993 to 1995. Jon also holds a certification in Pragmatic Marketing Level 2.
