Mark Murphy is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in product ownership and support within the education technology sector. Currently serving as a Senior Product Owner at OneAdvanced since February 2017, Mark oversees the ePortfolio solution Smart Assessor, after previously leading the ePortfolio Product Ownership Team. Mark's background includes various roles in customer support, where skills in managing operations and enhancing customer service were honed. Earlier experience includes a barista position at Costa Coffee, providing high-quality customer service, and a team member role at The Beatles Story. Mark holds a Bachelor's degree in Drama from Liverpool John Moores University.
