Randolph Burt started their work experience as a Software Developer at Adastra Software Ltd in 1995. Randolph was the first employee of the startup and contributed to the development of call management and clinical solutions for Out of Hours and urgent care services. In 2011, Randolph joined Advanced Health & Care as a Technical Lead. Randolph played a crucial role in the company's flagship product, Adastra, which dominated the Out of Hours market and became the market leader in 111. In 2014, Randolph was promoted to Principal Software Engineer, where they drove innovation by assisting and advising various teams across the Health & Care suite at Advanced.

Randolph Burt attended Fosters Grammar School, Sherborne from 1985 to 1992. Randolph then pursued a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science at the University of Southampton from 1992 to 1995.
