Rhiannon Holmes

Rhiannon Holmes has a diverse work experience spanning over different companies. Rhiannon currently holds the position of Director of Revenue Operations at Advanced, starting in September 2023. Prior to that, they worked as the Business Technology Director at Advanced from April 2022 to September 2023. From March 2021 to April 2022, they were the Head Of Sales Operations, and from May 2020 to April 2022, they served as the Sales Operations Manager at Advanced.

Before joining Advanced, Rhiannon worked at FedEx, where they were an Inside Sales Project Manager from January 2019 to May 2020. Rhiannon also held the position of Sales Solutions Specialist - Senior from September 2018 to January 2019.

Their earlier roles include working at TNT UK, where they held various positions including Sales Quality, Process and Performance Manager from September 2014 to September 2018, CS & Sales Reporting and Reward Manager from October 2011 to September 2014, CS & Sales Operations Manager from June 2009 to October 2011, Service Delivery Manager from July 2008 to June 2009, and CS Team Leader from February 2004 to June 2008.

Rhiannon Holmes attended Queen Elizabeth School Atherstone from 1991 to 1995, but did not pursue a degree or specific field of study.
