Tara Oxley

Tara Oxley is an accomplished professional in product management and business analysis, currently serving as the Head of Product Management for Health & Care at OneAdvanced since December 2015. With a strong foundation in Agile methodologies, Tara has previously held roles such as Senior Business Analyst and Interim Head of Business Analysis, focusing on new feature development and managing product backlogs. Earlier experience includes positions at Rolls-Royce, where Tara managed the Global Graduate Development Programme, and at Avoca Systems Ltd, where responsibilities included delivering training for new employees and executing data analysis projects. Tara holds a BA (Hons) in Human Geography from Nottingham Trent University, completed in 2008.
