Sanjay Arora

Sanjay Arora is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in various roles within the HRTech, consulting, and creative industries. Currently, Sanjay serves as the House of Growth at OneBanc, a Neobank, and also holds the position of Advisory Board Member at Qurez, a personal care brand focusing on natural solutions for skin issues. As Executive Producer of the Delhi Poetry Festival, Sanjay has facilitated India's first independent poetry festival, attracting notable literary and Bollywood figures. Previous roles include Managing Partner at Palindrome Associates, Managing Director at a Risk Advisory Consultancy, and strategic positions at EdGE Networks, Kuotient, ePoise, and RippleHire. Sanjay holds a BSc in Chemistry from the University of Mumbai and has pursued further education at the Xavier Institute of Communications.
