Antony Brown

Antony Brown is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in mental health and well-being services. As the President and Founder of Onebright since May 2020, Antony leads initiatives aimed at enhancing mental health support. Antony also serves as a Board Member of the Legal & General Wellbeing Advisory Board since March 2023. Previously, Antony was the Chief Executive Officer and Founder of CBT Clinics from January 2005 to May 2020 and contributed as a Lecturer, Trainer and Clinical Supervisor at the Department of Health Sciences, University of York from September 2002 to July 2007, focusing on short-term Cognitive Behavioral Therapy training. Antony's earlier roles include serving as a Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapist with the NHS from 1989 to 2007 and as a Group Clinical Supervisor for the Psychiatrist’s in Training Programme at York Mental Health NHS Trust from September 2001 to July 2003. Antony is an alumnus of Durham University.
