Julia Lyons

Julia Lyons is an experienced counselling psychologist currently serving as the Senior Clinical Lead, Principal Clinical Lead, and Principal Counselling Psychologist at Onebright since May 2024. Prior to this role, Julia worked at the NHS from October 2016 to October 2022 as a Senior Counselling Psychologist and gained academic experience as a Lecturer in Counselling Psychology at The University of Manchester from September 2016 to April 2019. Previous roles include serving as a CBT Therapist at The Priory, a Scientist at Cambridge Cognition, and a Senior Associate at Deloitte UK. Julia's foundational training included a BSc (Hons) in Biological Sciences (Psychology) from The University of Edinburgh and a Doctorate in Counselling Psychology from The University of Manchester.
