Vicky Paraskeva

Vicky Paraskeva is a skilled Cognitive Behavioural Therapist with extensive experience in providing high-quality therapy interventions in both London and remote settings. Currently employed at Onebright and ieso since 2023, Vicky previously served at NELFT NHS Foundation Trust from 2017 to 2022 as a High Intensity Therapist and also held various roles including Trainee High Intensity Therapist and Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner, where responsibilities included supervising trainees and community outreach. Vicky's earlier experience includes working with children with autism, supporting adults with challenging behaviors, and assisting in addiction recovery at clinical settings.
