Sagar Laddha

Sagar Laddha is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in data science and analytics, currently serving as Banking Solutions Leader at OneByZero since July 2024, focusing on data-driven solutions for financial services institutions in the ASEAN region. Previously, Sagar held the position of Vice President for Risk Modelling and Analytics at Ring, overseeing a team that developed machine learning models for credit risk underwriting. At UPL, Sagar was the Commercial Analytics Lead, where efforts included creating an attrition model and a recommendation engine. Sagar's tenure at IDFC FIRST Bank included roles as VP and AVP, leading data science initiatives to enhance digital marketing and risk modeling. Earlier experience includes a Senior Credit Risk Analyst role at JP Morgan Chase & Co., internships at Axience and Tata Consultancy Services, and core team leadership for the Techfest at IIT Bombay. Sagar holds a Dual Degree in Energy Science and Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay.
