Alaa Raouf

Alaa Raouf began their work experience in 2010 as a Telesales Agent at Megatronix, where they contacted customers by phone to make sales and support field sales representatives. In 2011, they joined Mobile Shop as a Senior Sales Representative, focusing on targets, maintaining discipline, and maintaining professional relationships with colleagues and management. They then worked at My shop Egypt as an Operations Supervisor from 2017 to 2018. In 2018, they joined 2B as a Key Account Manager until 2019. After that, they worked at ALMALL as an Account Manager from 2019 to 2020. Their most recent position was as a Senior Operations Coordinator at OneCard, where they called dealers and end users for verification and feedback.

Alaa Raouf completed their high school education at Helmyet el zaitoun secondary school for girls in 2005. Alaa then pursued a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Islamic Archaeology at Ain Shams University, completing their education in 2009. In April 2010, they obtained the ICDL (International computer driving licence) certification.
