Aaron Bata

Aaron Bata is a Senior Customer Experience Leader with extensive experience in building and managing teams, along with a proven record in process improvement and loyalty initiatives for direct-to-consumer brands. They served as Head of Customer Experience at Tuft & Needle from 2015 to 2020, followed by roles such as Chief Customer Success Officer at Milo Veterinary Software and VP/Head of Global CX at Your Super. Notable positions also include time as Account Director at Bluewolf and in Operations & Customer Experience at Bonobos. Currently, Aaron is pursuing a B.A. in International Relations at the University of San Diego while serving as VP of Customer Success at Sleep Doctor.
