Anna Ruh

Anna is the Director of People Operations at OneCare where she develops recruiting, performance, and other people strategies. She has a passion for creating a strong team culture amongst a distributed workforce and scaling teams. Prior to OneCare, Anna worked at other small and mid-size Seattle area companies. She graduated from Gonzaga University with a bachelor’s degree in business administration in human resources & marketing. Anna also holds her Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification.
