Leif Steinhour possesses extensive experience in electromechanical design and prototype construction, currently working as a Constructor at The One Off Shoppe since June 2007, focusing on prototype construction and coding. Previous roles include serving as a Scientific Engineering Associate at Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory, where electromechanical design for beamlines was undertaken, and Project Scientist at Oceanic, involved in the development of next-generation diving equipment. Additional experience includes a position as Senior Hardware Engineer at Inter-4/SNC, contributing to rugged environment PDA development, and as an Electromechanical Engineer at American Pacific Aviation and Technology. Leif holds a Bachelor of Arts in Math and Physics from Rice University and completed high school studies at The Clarkson School with a focus on Math and Physics.
