Becky Downing

Becky Downing has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Becky is currently the Director of Revenue Operations at OneCause since 2022. Prior to this, they held the position of Manager of Business Systems Architecture at the same company from 2017 to 2022. In 2012, Becky was a Co-Owner at Whale of a Sale LLC until 2017. Becky also worked as a Consultant at BidPal in 2017. Earlier in their career, they were a Multi-Age Elementary Classroom Teacher at Chicago Public Schools from 2009 to 2011. Becky has also had management roles at Deloitte & Touche LLP and Protiviti from 2000 to 2007.

Becky Downing holds a Master of Education degree from DePaul University, which they obtained from 2007 to 2009. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in History/English/French from Stephen F. Austin State University, where they studied from 1996 to 2000. In addition to their academic qualifications, Becky has obtained various certifications, including the Gainsight NXT Administrator Certification (Level 3) from Gainsight. Becky has also pursued certifications from Salesforce, including Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator (SCAA), Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder Certification, and Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant.
