James Rischar

James Rischar is the SVP Operations & Customer Support at OneCause. James has extensive experience in the IT field, having served as CIO/Global Director at Harlan Laboratories, Inc. and Director, Applications at Perrigo. James has also held the position of Program Manager at Eli Lilly and IT Manager at Eli Lilly and Company. In their current role, they are responsible for leading the OneCause team and ensuring excellent customer support.

James Rischar's educational career includes an MBA in Management from the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business, a BS in Industrial Management/CS from the Purdue University Krannert School of Management, and certification from APICS in CPIM.
