Kelly Cheney

Kelly Cheney is a skilled professional with extensive experience in product education and community enablement. Currently serving as the Product Education Manager at OneCause since September 2017, Kelly develops written, video, and interactive educational materials for both internal and external stakeholders and crafts detailed technical FAQ documents to clarify complex product information. Previously, in the role of Community Enablement Manager, Kelly managed the Community Help Center and facilitated client interactions to enhance user engagement.
