Nikki Defalco

Nikki DeFalco has extensive work experience in the non-profit sector. Nikki started their career at the University of Oklahoma as a Graduate Research Assistant from December 2006 to May 2008. Nikki then joined JDRF International, where they held various roles including Special Events Coordinator, Executive Director, Manager of National Gala and Special Events, National/Regional Development, and National Manager of Signature Events from July 2006 to August 2020. In 2020, Nikki became a Nonprofit Fundraising and Development Consultant before joining OneCause. At OneCause, they have held roles such as National Customer Success Manager, Senior National Customer Success Manager, and currently serves as the National Accounts, Partner Success, and Engagement Director.

Nikki DeFalco holds a Master of Science degree in Human Relations and Organizational Leadership, which was obtained from the University of Oklahoma in the academic year 2007-2008. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in English Literature and History at Southeastern Oklahoma State University, from 2001 to 2005. In addition to their formal education, Nikki has obtained certifications in various subjects such as engagement evaluation, business writing, engagement preparation, executive presence on video conference calls, and influencing others from LinkedIn, with the most recent certification obtained in 2022.
