Heather Neely

Heather Neely is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in non-profit leadership and organizational development. Currently serving as Vice President of Bridgely at One Child Matters since August 2018, Heather is responsible for the strategic and operational development of the Bridgely platform. Heather has co-founded Bridgely, focusing on connecting purpose-driven communities worldwide. Prior roles include Vice President of Relationship Development and Director of Short Term Missions at VisionTrust International, where Heather significantly expanded mission team participation. Heather also served as Executive Director of Adopt-a-Village International, managing daily operations to address humanitarian needs. Educational qualifications include Lean Six Sigma certifications from Purdue University and a Bachelor’s degree in Communication from the University of Colorado Colorado Springs.
