James Grout is an accomplished leader in youth and community engagement, currently serving as the National Engagement Lead at OneChild since August 2016. In this role, James focuses on empowering children living in poverty through collaboration with churches to enhance their overall well-being. Prior to this position, James held the role of Director for Alliance Youth with The Christian and Missionary Alliance from 2013 to 2015, where responsibilities included managing the LIFE Conference and facilitating youth leadership development. From 1993 to 2013, James was the Student Ministries and Teaching Pastor at Blanchard Alliance Church, leading youth activities and overseeing short-term mission initiatives. Educational credentials include a Master of Arts in Ministry Leadership from Moody Theological Seminary and a Bachelor of Arts in Biblical and Theological Studies from Crown College.
