Jake Knigge

Jake Knigge has held a variety of roles throughout their career. Jake began their career in 2007 as a Snowboarder - Team Rider for Gnu Snowboards, where they worked until 2011. In 2010, they became a Snowboarder - Brand Ambassador for the Gatorade Company at Fuse. In 2011, they were a Teaching Assistant - Visual Basic for Application at the University of Colorado Boulder. In 2012, they were a Teaching Assistant - Markov Processes at the University of Colorado Boulder and an Investment Management Summer Analyst at Goldman Sachs. Jake then worked as a Consultant at Deloitte from 2012 to 2013, and at Deloitte Advisory from 2013 to 2015. From 2015 to 2020, they worked as a Senior Manager, Lead Risk Analyst, and Quantitative Risk Analyst at CoBank. In 2020, they became a Market Operations Engineer at OneChronos, and an Instructional Associate at the Georgia Institute of Technology.

Jake Knigge has a diverse educational background. Jake attended Arapahoe High School from 2005 to 2008. Jake then went on to the University of Colorado Boulder - Leeds School of Business, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance (Major) and Applied Mathematics (Minor) between 2008 and 2013. In 2016, they completed a course in Statistical Learning and Data Mining. Finally, they attended the Georgia Institute of Technology, where they obtained a Master of Science in Computer Science with a concentration in Machine Learning in 2022. In addition to their formal education, Jake Knigge has obtained certifications from FINRA, Coursera, and other institutions. These include a Series 7 - General Securities Representative certification from FINRA in 2021, as well as certifications in R Programming, The Data Scientist’s Toolbox, and Machine Learning from Coursera in 2015.
