Rick Cantrell

Rick Cantrell MBA, AIC has extensive experience in project management and claims operations, with a background spanning multiple companies and roles. At the US Army Corps of Engineers, Rick served as Project Manager, directing high-value construction projects and overseeing contract administration. As Senior Claims Adjuster at Texas Farm Bureau Insurance Companies, Rick managed property and casualty claims, ensuring compliance and timely resolutions. Rick further developed expertise as Senior Catastrophe Claims Specialist at Germania Insurance, where leadership in catastrophe claims operations was demonstrated, and built the Cat Unit from its inception. As Director of Claims Operations at Eberl Claims Service, Rick mentored a high-performing team and collaborated with carrier leadership to enhance operational standards. Most recently, in the role of Customer Success Manager at OneClick Code, Rick focuses on building strategic relationships within the insurance sector. Rick holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Applied Economics from Texas Tech University.
