Hardik Kataria is currently a Project Manager at OneClick. Prior to that, they worked as a Business Analyst and Project Manager at Latitude Technolabs Pvt. Ltd. from August 2019 to May 2022. There, they were responsible for prioritize requirements from various stakeholders, communicating and translating business requirements to ensure buy-in from all stakeholders, assessing change proposals and defining solutions to help the organization achieve its goals, discovering, organizing, and clarifying business needs and reviewing/producing specifications for change, working with the Technical Analyst and development team to ensure that they understand the specifications, creating FRD, BRD, SOW documents, writing User Stories and Epics, working with teams to determine the sprint and manage sprints, taking Daily and weekly scrum meetings, client management, and account management.

Before that, they worked as a Business Development Executive at I-Verve Infoweb INC from December 2017 to March 2019.

Hardik started their career as a Network Engineer Intern at CMS IT SERVICES Pvt. Ltd. from May 2017 to December 2017.

Hardik Kataria has a Masters of Engineering in Information Technology from L.J. Institute Of Engg And Tech., a Bachelor of Engineering - BE in Information Technology from Sal Collage Of Engineering, and a Diploma in Information Technology from sir bhavsinhji pollytechnic institute. Hardik Kataria is certified from Google in Foundations of Project Management and from Udemy in Agile Scrum Fundamentals.
