Anchal Saini

Anchal Saini has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. In 2009, they worked as a Silver Associate at eBIZ.com Pvt Ltd, where they were a direct selling associate. In 2011, they were an Event Promoter at Divya Bhaskar. In 2013, they undertook a concurrent project at Big Bazaar - Future Retail, gaining experience in sales management and operations. In 2014, they were a Summer Intern at IDBI Federal Life Insurance. From 2015 to 2015, they were a Manager of Operations at Enrich Salon & Academy. From 2016 to 2018, they worked as a Wealth Manager at ICICI Bank. In 2019, they served as a Category Lead at Unacademy. From 2020 to 2022, they worked in Human Resources Management at Codeyoung. In 2022, they joined Unacademy again as a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, and later that year, they transitioned to ZET (Previously OneCode) as a part of the Human Resources team.

Anchal Saini began their education at Hebron Higher Sec. School, where they earned their H.S.C degree in Science in the years 2007-2009. Afterward, they attended M.G Science Institute from 2009 to 2013 and obtained a Bachelor's degree in Geology/Earth Science. In 2013-2015, Anchal pursued their Master's in Business Administration with a specialization in Retail Management at K J Somaiya Institute of Management. Alongside their formal education, Anchal has also obtained additional certifications in Brand Management and Microsoft Excel.
