Manish Shara

Manish Shara has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Manish is currently the Co-founder and CEO of ZET (previously OneCode), a position they have held since February 2020.

Prior to their current role, Manish worked at dineout.co.in from 2015 to 2020. Manish started as a Product Manager and Growth Hacker from March 2015 to January 2016 before being promoted to Product Head, Dineout (Times Internet) in February 2016. In this role, they led a team of 4 Product Managers and was responsible for the web, mobile apps, and CMS platform for DineOut. Manish played a key role in setting product improvement metrics, prioritizing the product backlog, and driving the product roadmap. Manish also introduced the culture of A/B experimentation and implemented Agile Product Squads, resulting in a 50% improvement in the development cycle.

Before joining dineout.co.in, Manish worked as a Product Manager - Monetization at Timescity.com from April 2014 to February 2015. Manish also founded Offermandi.com and served as its Founder from March 2013 to March 2014. Additionally, Manish co-founded RR Technologies and served as CEO from February 2012 to February 2013.

Earlier in their career, Manish worked as a Business Analyst at Tarantula.net from April 2012 to September 2012 and at B24esolutions from November 2011 to May 2012. In these roles, they engaged with overseas clients, gathered project requirements, and prepared project documentation. Manish also created wireframes and flow charts using tools like Axure and MS Visio.

Manish Shara pursued their education in a chronological manner, beginning with their Senior Secondary education at Air Force School from 2005 to 2007. During this time, they focused on Science and Maths subjects. Following this, from 2007 to 2011, Manish attended Rajasthan Technical University, where they obtained a Bachelors of Technology degree with a specialization in Computer Science.
