Rashika Sharma

Rashika Sharma has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources and talent acquisition. Rashika started their career as an HR Consultant at Next Step Services Private Limited in September 2017 and worked until March 2018. Rashika then joined T-Systems ICT India Pvt. Ltd. as a Human Resources Coordinator in September 2019 and worked until April 2020. Rashika Sharma also worked at Medline India as a TA -Vendor Management from April 2020 to July 2021. Rashika then joined PharmEasy as a Talent Acquisition Specialist in July 2021 and worked until May 2022. Currently, they are working as an HR Business Partner at ZET (Previously OneCode) since May 2022.

Rashika Sharma pursued their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Finance, General at Galgotias University from 2012 to 2015. Following their undergraduate degree, they went on to pursue their Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance, General at Amity University from 2015 to 2017.
