Radu C. has a diverse work experience. Radu began their career in 2004 as an Academic Assistant at Lucian Blaga University of Sibiu. In 2005, they became a Math Teacher at Mid-Carolina Highschool. In 2008, they joined Small Footprint LLC as a Java Developer. In 2009, they began working at OneDataSource as a Software Engineer, where they were involved in full stack development of a self service BI web application. Theirrole also included architecting, designing, coding, and maintaining analysis tools, business process automation software, and Home Office integration solutions for accounting and payroll systems. Radu also translated business requirements into technical specifications, broke down complex development problems/tasks into subtasks, researched and vetted new technology, trained new staff, and served as technical lead and release manager. The technology stack used included Java (jdk11, maven, Spring*, Hibernate, Camel, JaVers, Quartz, JasperReports, etc ), and JavaScript (React. js, Node. js, webpack, Backbone.).

Radu C. obtained a master's degree in Computer Science and Engineering from "Lucian Blaga" University of Sibiu - "Hermann Oberth" Engineering between 2004 and 2006. Prior to that, they earned a bachelor's degree in mathematics-informatics from 'Lucian Blaga' University between 2000 and 2004. In addition, Radu C. has obtained several certifications, including React - The Complete Guide (incl Hooks, React Router, Redux) from Udemy in August 2021, SQL - MySQL for Data Analytics and Business Intelligence from Udemy in October 2020, and Sun Certified Programmer for the Java Platform, Standard Edition 5.0 (SCJP 5.0) from Sun Microsystems in January 2009.
