Prashant Babel

Prashant Babel is a seasoned software engineer with extensive experience in leading software development projects and optimizing application architectures. Currently serving as a Senior Software Engineer 2 at Gupshup since June 2021, Prashant oversees the Messaging Cloud vertical of the Onedirect CX tool and the Crystalball analytics platform, successfully scaling user engagement. Prior to Gupshup, Prashant contributed as a Senior Software Engineer at Embibe, focusing on the Param-Skasham module and promoting test-driven development practices. Co-founding HotfixSolutions allowed Prashant to deliver tailored software solutions for MSMEs. Prashant's earlier tenure as a Senior Software Engineer at Wissen Technology involved technical consulting for Morgan Stanley and maintaining key projects. Prashant holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Telecommunications Engineering from PES University.
