Amy Grayson

Amy Grayson is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in client success and account management within the healthcare sector. Since August 2017, Amy has held multiple positions at Diversified, progressing from Client Success Manager to Senior Client Success Manager and currently serving as Account Manager. Prior to this, Amy was a Senior Program Manager at ConnectiveRx, managing operational relations on sizable customer accounts. Previous roles include Program/Operations Manager at IMS Health, where Amy oversaw client relations and managed project delivery for multi-customer SaaS accounts, and various long-term positions at Cegedim Relationship Management focused on IT governance, compliance, and quality assurance.
