Michael S.

Michael S. currently serves as Senior Vice President of Corporate Development at Diversified, a position held since 2025. Prior roles include Senior Vice President at Advantive and Vice President positions at Ellucian and BlackLine. Michael's extensive experience in corporate development also features a long tenure at Cvent, where responsibilities included leading corporate development initiatives. As a Board Member of Clarity Service Group from 2012 to 2015, Michael was involved in the company's transition through acquisitions. Additionally, Michael co-founded Open Water Capital, where capital was raised to acquire technology-enabled service companies, and contributed significantly to various financing and strategic advisory roles at AGC Partners and TA Associates, completing numerous high-profile transactions.
